The back piece is very elaborate, consisting of several large corals such as sea fans and sea weed in gold, red and blue; included is a large red octupus caught in a fishing net and wrapped around the masquerader and a large purple clam expulsing strings of pearls and a large starfish. The train is tiered, purple and edged in red with a frothy white wave at the sides of the skirt and a white coral pattern on the tiers. The suit is a purple bathing suit with one long sleeve that is embellished with gold and white starfish and pearls; the front of the suit is also decorated the same way, with a belt of starfish and dangling pearls. The costume is completed by the fishnet stockings worn by the masquerader and the gold and white greaves on the shins.
