Description: Section in the band: New Moon.
Male costume consisting of a standard, back piece, chestplate and suit. The standard is a black moon with a purple and blue corona on a silver and black pennant attached to a white pole. The back piece consists of circles of blue, black and white like a bull's eye worn high on the shoulders. The chest plate consists of four silver circles in descreasing sizes, fallling down past the torso. The suit is a pair of blue bathing trunks. The costume is completed by the blue and black banded shinbands and the blue armbands to which are attached black and white striped fabric fringes.

Female costume consisting of a standard, head piece, cape and suit. The standard is a black moon surrounded by a multi-coloured, free-form corona on a silvery pennant. The head piece is a silver arc of sunbursts attached to a diadem on only one side. The suit is a green and gold one piece bathing suit. The cape is ruffled, silver and fastened on one shoulder. The costume is completed by the gold and black banded armbands.
