Title: Ibis

Description: Male costume consisting of a back piece, head piece, shawl and suit. The back piece is made of eleven red flying ibis on three poles. The shawl is red, shaped like an ibis in flight and has a green fringe. The head piece is a red helmet with a white ibis beak in front. The suit is pair of green bathing trunks. The costume is completed by the white boots which are topped with green fringed shinbands.

Title: Iceberg

Description: Female costume consisting of a standard, head piece, tunic, suit and cape. The standard is a three-dimensional iceberg with white fringe on a pole. The head piece is a white, sequinned skullcap. The tunic is a white scalloped piece with a long white fringe. The suit is a white bathing suit. The cape which is made of long white fringe, falls from one shoulder and is attached to one wrist. The costume is completed by the white wrist, arm and shinbands.

Title: Icicles

Description: Section in the band: Fire and Ice.
Fire and Ice was designed for St Maarten Carnival, 1998.
Fire and Ice won Band of the Year in the 1998 St Maarten carnival competition.
Female costume consisting of a standard, head piece, train and suit. The standard is a black, funnel shaped projection with spouting blue and white feathers. The head piece is a white and blue spiky helmet with the same feathery funnel on the crown. The cape is white, blue and sequinned, with a ragged hem and attached to the wristbands. The suit is a sequinned, one piece bathing suit with a bead brooch in the front and a fringed and beaded belt over it. The costume is completed by the white and blue sequinned and banded wrist and shinbands.

Description: Male costume. Dominant colours are black, white and green. The costume has a black body suit with a long rectangular green neck piece that runs down the middle of the body. The back piece consists of two triangles pointing in opposite directions to either side. The left triangle has a black backgound with white shapes on it and the other triangle has a white background with black shapes on it. The head piece is made of a triangular design.

Title: Imperial Rome

Description: Male costume. Dominant colours are purple, red, yellow, white and gold. The costume has a gold shield covering the top of the body. There is an ancient design on the skirt that is being worn. Falling off of one shoulder are drapes that wrap around the waist and is held by the same hand. On the other hand there are drapes that flow down to the ground. To the back of the costume there are large purple feathers. Around the head are two leaves that represents the Greeks. In hand is a stick with a gold symbol to the top.

Male costume consisting of a standard, head piece, shoulder piece, loincloth and suit. The standard is a gold tulip shaped item on a black pole with trailing ribbons. The head piece is a white and gold feathered headdress framing the face of the masquerader. The shoulder piece is a white shawl with a blue edge studded with gold beads. The suit is a yellow sleeveless tee-shirt, the loincloth is white and has a gold belt and fringe. The costume is completed by the gold wrist and anklebands.

Title: Indian Wind

Band created for St. Vincent carnival, 2006 - "All the Winds That Affect Life".
Female costume consisting of a standard, head piece, collar and suit. The standard is a pennant in the colours of the Indian flag: orange, green and black. The head piece is an orange flower worn as a hair band and form which float long ribbons in the green and yellow. The collar is a triangular piece in the same flag colours. The suit is a one piece bathing suit in an orange and yellow camouflage pattern with green and yellow ribbons attached to one leg. The costume is completed by the orange, white and green banded armbands.

The costume has a white body suit with a patterned design to the front with veins of fabric flowing on different sides of the body. Over the shoulders are a triangular shaped shoulder piece with the point projecting outward on each side. The head piece is made of pieces of fabric that projects in different directions. To the back of the costume, there is a long cape that flows.

Title: Inferno

Band made for St Maarten carnival 1998.
Female costume consisting of a head piece, back piece and suit. The back piece is in two parts: a high collar and a cape. The collar is in a pattern of flames, in orange, red and yellow; the cape which is joined to the collar is in yellow, black and red flames with a beaded spider web pattern to the top, with a black edge with white circles. The head piece is a gold helmet with flames on the crown to and a cowl of beads falling under the chin. The suit is a flesh-coloured bodysuit with flames appliqued to the breasts and crotch, shooting upwards. The costume is completed by thigh high black boots with a flame pattern to the top and elbow length yellow gloves.

Title: Italian Court

Description: Section from the band: Swan Lake.
Swan Lake was adapted from the ballet of the same name by Peter Tchaikovsky.
Swan Lake won Band of the Year in the 1991 carnival competition.
Image is photograph of masquerader wearing the costume.
Female costume consisting of a head piece, tambourine and suit. The tambourine is carried in the masquerader's hand and has black streamers. The head piece is a diadem of large flowers. The suit is a strapless black dress, with a floral neckline, cinched at the waist, with an orange apron that has a lace border and a ribbon belt. The costume is completed by the black shoes.

Title: It's Magic

Description: Section in the band: Trapeze.
Male costume consisting of tuxedo suit, top hat, cape and back piece. The blue tuxedo trousers have white stars scattered liberally throughout them and a white cape with a blue band is attached to a sleeveless blue short jacket with a silver pattern on the lapels. The back piece consists of six birds in flight which are in decreasing size attached to flexible rods. Blue armbands with a large white cuff, a blue top hat with gold fronds, a long blue and white striped wand and a gold bow-tie complete the costume.
